How much does it cost to sell on Fetch?
It's free to list. When a card sells, we take a small platform fee (3–4% depending on your plan). There are no listing fees and no hidden charges. Card surcharges are paid by buyers at checkout.
When do I get paid?
Funds land in your Fetch wallet once the buyer confirms delivery. You can withdraw to your bank any time for a flat $2 fee — typical payout clears in 3–5 business days.
Which countries can I sell in?
Right now the Fetch marketplace operates across New Zealand and Australia. You can sell domestically in either country. Unfortunately cross-border shipping support is coming later this year.
How do I list a card?
Scan a card in the mobile app and it's listed in seconds — art, set, market price pulled in automatically. Pro and Elite sellers can also use the web dashboard and CSV bulk-import for larger inventories.
What if something goes wrong with a sale?
Because payments flow through Fetch, we can step in and handle any dispute a buyer raises. Clear packing evidence keeps you protected under our Seller Guard guidelines.
Can I cancel my Pro or Elite subscription?
Any time. You'll stay on your plan until the end of the current billing period, then drop back to Casual. No lock-ins, no cancellation fees.
